Systems Support Group has been servicing Crescent for over 20 years now. We are not computer people here, we are, as I refer to us, “button pushers”. Systems Support Group is aptly named. It has provided excellent IT support to our home health agency for the past eight years. They have helped us immeasurably as our IT needs have grown. We have gone from 6 desktop computers to 20 laptops and 15 desktops. They keep ahead of IT changes. Systems Support offers unbelievable customer service to The Northwestern Transit District. Our office is small, but they always make us feel as important as their larger clients. Whenever we have an issue, they immediately contact us via phone or in person. They usually solve the problem within minutes. If a part or further service is needed on a computer, it never takes very long to have the computer back up and running. The District has used Systems Support for overt 12 years. Companies have approached us that have tried to obtain our IT business, but we have no interest to looking elsewhere. We are extremely happy with the service and products we receive from Systems Support!

We started the new millennium by hiring System Support Group, LLC to be our computer network consultants based on a recommendation from the Torrington Area Health District. Our previous experience with computer consultants had not been very satisfactory. To our delight, we found the staff to be not only outstanding technicians but regular people who could listen and interpret what we (the computer network users) were experiencing at the keyboard. They have been very patient with the wide variety of computer knowledge of our staff, and they work to solve problems as expeditiously as possible. They have kept our computer network, desk & laptop computers, and printers up and running while assisting us with our internet environment. Thanks to them we have a very modern, virus-protected, operational, updated, information management system that is remotely monitored 24/7.
