Olivia Mendoza
Olivia is the Service Manager at Systems Support Group, Inc. She has been with the company since August 2014. During her eight years, she has flourished in her position. She began as an office assistant, performing administrative tasks and is now responsible for managing the companies’ technicians and assisting clients with more complex projects. As the service manager, one of Olivia’s main responsibilities is to manage the systems’ helpdesk service board from the creation of the ticket to the ticket’s resolution. At the end of her business day, Olivia begins her second job as a dedicated mother to her spirited toddler, Gabriel and her dog, Tootsie Pie. Her favorite part of the day is getting outside and playing with her family.
